After more than two hellish decades married to a narcissist who physically, mentally and verbally abused me and our three boys, I have found purpose in all I’ve been through. Domestic violence and narcissistic abuse are far too common and many don’t understand what is happening to them and their family.
I am standing up and speaking out in order to bring an end to these nightmares, through my show, Never Give UP!!! and my book, Married to an Illusion: A Survivor’s Guide to Recognizing and Escaping Narcissistic Abuse. In this book, you will learn the dire consequences of loving a narcissist and how dangerous it can be 1) not to know they exist, 2) not to recognize when you are being abused by one, and 3) not knowing what should be done to stop the abuse and protect yourself and your family, especially if children are involved. Married to an Illusion is written to help those currently caught in a narcissist’s trap and battling to get out, and is also meant to be an essential preventative resource.

I am striving to protect people against domestic violence and narcissistic abuse through my own experience, by sharing my story and giving a voice to others on my show. It is my goal to be an advocate, assisting people to navigate the legal system.
I am on the Legislative Committee for FACTS (Families Against Court Travesties), also referred to as Court Watchers, in which we are rallying for change through new laws. Additionally, we are in the process of forming a group called Florida Protective Parents. In this effort, I work to support protective parents in high conflict divorces and custody battles, putting together resources and serving as a mentor.
Florida Protective Parents has been working with One Moms Battle from CA to get each state, city by city and county by county, to proclaim November as Family Court Awareness Month.
